This venue uses an exclusive planning team, Southern Oak Events, which loves and recommends us. We must be extra sweet, excellent, and accommodating to everyone, including venue staff. This is a big account for us.

Usually, the ceremony is on one side of the curtain, and guests go downstairs for cocktail hour and then come back upstairs for the flipped reception. Set up gear on the back side of the curtain for the ceremony, then during the flip, move set up against the wall in front of the dance floor.
